Notes:
  • (re: Prov. 26:10;)  The consequences are rewards, not punishment; because punishment implies an opportunity to do better, next time. Rewards are given after the 'work' is done.
  • (re: Prov. 27, v. 15-24)   Riches and kingdoms are temporal;  but the kingdom of Jesus, the seed of David and his throne, is eternal. (cf. ps. 89)
