A resurgence of a discussion between our congregation and former members who have 'strayed' from the truth. :( Set up: reading from an email received, and subsequent responses back and forth. The prime focus of the discussion was based on a YouTube video was offered to 'explain an interpretation, a man's understanding', not found in God's word. Understanding comes from the Word of God, alone.

- Is. 65:1 - 15 (v. 9) "mine elect..." == Israel!

- Deut. 28:36 - 39, 45 - 53 Great tribulation, the Abomination of desolation, prophesied here refers to the invasion of Jerusalem, (and Masada!), by Roman armies, where they found the people turned cannibal for lack of food during the siege.
