Therefore, here is a transcription of the passages we read and discussed.
We started in Genesis ch. 6, reading about the 'sons of God', in contrast to the 'daughters of men'; that 'morphed into a comparison of Job and others, presenting themselves before God, and the events in Job's life where the daughters of men opposed Job and God. This discussion and reading highlighted the reality that Satan is not "a" being, but rather all those (Israelites) who oppose righteous people doing God's will, and not caving to the common, popular consensus of how man does/should behave, in opposition to righteousness.
(my notation follows the convention I've previously used, in earlier posts).

- Gen. 4: 6 - 7

- 2 Cor. 10: 1 - 5
- Rev. 12: 1 - 12
- Rev. 13: 1 (reference to Dan. ch 7)
- Job 1: 22 - E
- Job 2: 1 - 6
- Job 13: 1 - E
- Job 19: 21 - 28
- Job 42: 1 - E
Without adding to scripture, an observation was raised that at the beginning of Job ch 2, it says Job and 'satan' presented themselves before God. but at the end of the book, of everything that happened to Job, it was all at the hand of man or natural environmental experiences; not an ethereal being, a 'demi-god' or a super-spirit as man has envisioned, (rather 'imagined') 'him'...
